50ml Glengoyne 10 Year Old
35ml Lemon Juice
2 dashes Batch Bitters
12½ Simple Syrup
½ Fresh Egg White (optional)
Cherry on a stick for Garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Squeeze the lemon zest over the drink, so the scented oils spray across the surface.
Discard the zest, add the cherry on a stick to garnish, and serve.
