This single malt has been matured exclusively in Pedro Ximenez casks to create a full flavoured whiskey. Heavy sherry, honey, raisins, and a hint of marzipan on the nose. Full of complexity, with a strong influence of sherry, mixed fruit, notably raisins, and sultanas with a satisfyingly long linger on the palate.
