A gorgeous pale pink with delicate red berry, watermelon and a hint of grapefruit on the nose. Dry, complex and savoury with fresh acidity and a lingering finish.
Winemakers Notes:
Grapes early picked specifically for rosé to capture natural acidity and freshness. A short maceration on skins followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel, with an element barrel fermented to build texture and complexity.
