Tasting Notes

Layer upon layer of complex aromas dominated by ripe berries, rhubarb and star anise with background notes of beetroot, black tea and molasses. So plush. The super silky palate is brimming with blood plums, boysenberries and mocha; with wonderful savoury notes of fennel. These juicy fruit and umami characters create a soft, densely flavoured palate pulled together by chewy tannin.
