Description
100 Souls Original White Rum is fermented from sugar cane & molasses from Northern NSW & QLD with Caribbean yeast and twice distilled, then aged in French oak. This premium White Rum is then carefully re-distilled before blending with Hinterland Spring water before bottling.
Tasting Notes

The aromas show focussed vanilla, molasses, allspice & cedar notes. Intense flavours of vanilla, marzipan, caramel & French cedar oak. The palate is warm & complex with delicious lingering sweetness. Crystal clear in colour.
